Get Rid Of Stress In Simple Way(Sudarshan Kriya)

When you are reached in your 30’s and going through different different phases like wife,mother. Then your priorities is totally change and you are facing stress and anxiety (worry) . So, You need to do something for your stress anxiety and for same reason today i am going to tell you some easy , interesting  Kriya.

When i was in USA i did Art Of Living Course and there say Sudarshan Kriya is a breathing technique Combined with meditation.

Luckily, there’s a simple, yet extremely efficient exercise, which can relieve your stress by 45% in less than 5 minutes. This exercise is actually part of the Sudarshan Kriya set of exercises, which are the most powerful yoga breathing techniques owing to their ability to reduce stress and anxiety by 45% in the long run. But, this ONE exercise can give the same effect in just 5 minutes.


Su’ means proper, ‘darshan’ means vision, and ‘Kriya’ is a purifying practice. The Sudarshan Kriya is therefore a purifying practice, whereby one receives a proper vision of one’s true self. This unique breathing practice is a potent energizer.



  • Press your right nostril with your thumb and hold so as to block the air passage.
  • Breathe in and out through your left nostril.
  • Then, repeat the method on your left nostril while breathing in and out on your right one.
  • Repeat the exercise for 5 minutes by alternately pressing your left and right nostril.

You will feel much better if you continue to do this simple exercise every day.


After kriya, many people feel so pure and so clear, so complete, because the consciousness, which was stuck in the matter, material, which is foreign to itself, got released from that and came back to its home.That is the sense of purity, feeling of purity.
We need to do a cleansing process within ourselves. In sleep we get rid of fatigue, but the deeper stresses remain in our body. Sudarshan Kriya cleanses the system from the inside. The breath has a great secret to offer.
