- Cauliflower – 1 medium
- Maida (All purpose flour) – 1/5 Cup
- Cornflour – 2-3 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
- Green Chillies – 2 (optional)
- Onion – 1
- Capsicum – 1
- black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
- soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Red chilli Paste – 2 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Sauce – 3 tsp
- Spring Onion(optional)
Step by Step with pictures :
Step 1 : Wash and cut like which is shown in below. Soak in lukewarm salted water for 5-7 mins, drain.
Step 2 : In a bowl mix cornflour, maida, ginger garlic paste, black pepper for making the batter. Then add cauliflower and marinate for 2-3 min.
Step 3 : Heat oil in frying pan over medium flame and fry marinated cauliflower. Best way to fry the florets is by using a spoon. This way your hands are free to do other things . After that start to stick to each other due to the cornflour you can separate after fried.
Step 4 : Heat oil in pan and add chopped ginger, garlic, Chopped onion, chopped capsicum. Stir fry on a medium flame for a minute.
Step 6 : Now last Step, Now Add soya sauce, Tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce/paste, salt to taste and Saute well. Then add deep fried cauliflower and mix well. Toss and Stir fry on a medium flame for a minute.
Step 7 : Ready your Gobi Manchurian and serve hot with ketchup or spicy sauce.
