My today’s recipe is palak dal which is made with Palak (spinach) Toor dal (Split pigeon peas), mung dal (yellow lentils) and is neither too thick nor too thin and it can be eaten with rice or roti. This palak ki dal is made without tomato into it. Dal is a wonderful accompaniment for rice and is mostly a preferred dish.
