METHOD STEP BY STEP RECIPE WITH PICTURES BELOW :
PREP AND COOKING TIME : 40-50 MIN SERVES : 4-5 WRAPPER- 10
- All purpose flour/Maida – 1 cup
- Corn flour – 3-4 tsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
Step 1 : Take bowl and add maida, corn flour, baking powder, salt and mix well.
Step 2 : Add 1 and 1/2 cup of water and mix well …thin consistency of the batter without any lumps. show below .
Step 3 : Take non stick pan and add 2 spoon batter in the pan. spread/do step which is show below pics.
Step 4 : gently, spread the spoon clockwise to make a small thin pancake. similar to the way we make dosa. ( add more water if the batter becomes thick while preparing the wrappers.)
Step 5 : On a low flame cook the wrapper till the sides start curling up. No need to cook other side just cook one side.
Step 6 : Place on Plate with cooked sized must be upper side. Prepare all Wrapper this way.
